Arbitration / Mediation
Alan Hoch served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association for about 20 years. He has also served as a referee in insurance claims. We take great care in selecting arbitrators or mediators, and we prepare for hearings in those forums as though we were proceeding to a trial before a judge and jury.
